* Reservation fees made for training are "non-refundable." Classes can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the date of the class, if fail to reschedule the full cost of the class will be lost. Members will have a 20% discount in all classes taught by MCTA. Discounts will not include guest instructors who are not affiliated with MCTA Inc. Non-Members: $245 Members: $195 (20% off) Class Synopsis: During this training you will learn: Regulations and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) - Pact 107 drone license. Do I need a license? - License Fees - Common fines Flying your drone - Overview and controls - Learning to maneuver through manual controls - Learning to maneuver through automated controls - Basics and flight - Take off and landing - Drills to develop a foundation and safe flying skills - Using your drone log book Details: Class duration 7 hours From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Bring: Your own drone if you have one. If you don't have one, don't worry, you will learn with our drone. Your log book if you have one
